Who walks into your building? Which doors can they open, and at what time? Access control answers these questions without a guard on every door.
GTECH installs systems from a single card reader on an office door to turnstiles in a lobby and barriers at a car park. They run on one list of people and permissions, so adding a new employee takes a few minutes.

Included Systems In This Portfolio
- Door Access Control Systems: Readers, locks and software that decide who can open each door. Staff use a card, fingerprint, face or phone, and every entry is recorded.
- Turnstile & Gate Barrier Systems: Turnstiles for people and barriers for vehicles. They keep entrances orderly and let only approved people and vehicles through.
- Visitor Management Systems: A simple way to register guests at reception, tell the person they came to see, print a pass and record when they leave.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should we use cards, fingerprints or face recognition?
Cards are simple and low in cost. Fingerprints suit most offices. Face recognition is quick and touch-free, which helps at busy entrances. Many sites mix them, and we advise after seeing your building.
What happens to access-controlled doors if there is a fire?
Doors on escape routes are linked to the fire alarm and release when it sounds. We test this with you before handover.
Can one system manage more than one building?
Yes. Each building has its own controllers, and all of them report to one central system. You manage people and permissions in one place.
