When a camera goes offline, a door will not open or the Wi-Fi drops in the middle of a meeting, you want a person who knows the system, not a phone menu.
GTECH provides technical support for the systems we install and for many that others installed. We help by phone and remote access where possible, and send an engineer to site when the job needs one.

What support looks like
You report the fault by phone, WhatsApp or email. We ask a few questions, and many problems are solved remotely in the same call.
If it needs a visit, an engineer comes with the likely parts. They find the cause, fix it or replace the faulty item, test it and tell you what happened.
We help with changes too: adding a user to the door system, moving a camera, setting up a new phone or changing a Wi-Fi password.
Support is available as a one-off call-out, or as part of an annual maintenance contract with agreed response times and priority.
Who it suits
- Offices with CCTV, Wi-Fi and phones to look after
- Buildings with access control and turnstiles
- Businesses with no in-house IT team
- Sites where the original installer has gone
- Companies with a fault that keeps coming back
- Owners wanting upgrades or changes to an existing system
What we help with
- Fault finding: Locating the cause of cameras, readers, networks or phones that stop working.
- Remote help: Quick fixes over a secure remote connection, where the system allows it.
- On-site repairs: Engineers with tools and parts, ready to repair or replace.
- Changes and moves: Adding users, moving cameras, adjusting settings and extending systems.
- Upgrades: Replacing old recorders, controllers and software with current ones.
- Advice: Honest guidance on whether to repair, replace or leave alone.
How it works
- You contact us: Call, message or email with a short description of the fault.
- We diagnose: We try to solve it remotely first. If a visit is needed, we book it.
- We fix it: The engineer repairs or replaces the faulty part and tests the system.
- We follow up: You get a note on what was wrong and how to avoid a repeat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a contract to ask for support?
No. We can help on a call-out basis. A contract gives you agreed response times and priority.
Can you support a system you did not install?
Yes, in most cases. We look at it first and tell you what we can do.
How quickly can an engineer come?
That varies with your location and urgency. Contract customers get the response time written in their agreement, and we give call-out customers an honest estimate when they call.
Which systems do you support?
CCTV, access control, turnstiles and barriers, time attendance, networks and Wi-Fi, IP phones, public address, interactive panels and solar systems.
