How it works
A reader sits beside the door. When someone presents a card, fingerprint or face, the reader sends the details to a controller, which checks the permission and releases the lock.
In the software you create groups, such as Finance, Warehouse or Cleaners, and set which doors each group can use and during which hours.
Doors on escape routes connect to the fire alarm and open when it sounds. We test this with you at handover.
Reports show who entered a room, when, and which attempts were refused. Managers use this to check the system and answer questions after an incident.

What if the electricity goes off?
Battery backup keeps the system working for a period. We choose the lock type for each door, so it fails the safe way: open for escape routes and closed for secure rooms.
Can I add more doors later?
Yes. Systems grow door by door, and new doors join the same software.
Can staff use their phones instead of cards?
In many systems, yes. We confirm which readers and software support it before you choose.
Can it work with attendance?
